Imbolc is the celebration of the end of winter,
the first signs of the return of light are noticeable.
This is also the day that indicating the middle between
the Winter Solstice and the Vernal Equinox.
This is the Festival of the Goddess Brigit.
The full moon of her Festival is Snow moon, or Ice moon.
The fields be prepared for plowing.
This season the ewes give milk, Imbolc means milking.
Another name of Imbolc is the Festival of the Milk.
Christianity has replaced Imbolc (stolen) by Candlemas
and Goddess Brigit is replaced by St. Brigid.
