Ostara today, not with Felix the Cat but with the Ostara Bunny Felix 

 aka Felix the Easter Bunny.

Why is she more important than I!

Ik begrijp er niets van, ik ben toch belangrijker!

 

Ostara, Eostre, Spring Equinox

Ostara is the culmination of spring.
The day and night are equal and perfectly in balance.

This is a good time to think about the balance in our life 
and our vigor and  to use the natural energy
that flows around us.

It's a good time to meditate with our backs against a tree  
and feel how life through the roots, trunk and branches ascending.

Christianity has replaced Ostara (stolen) by Easter.

Ostara is het hoogtepunt van de lente.

De dag en nacht zijn even lang en volmaakt in balans.

Dit is een goede tijd om na te denken over de balans in ons leven

en onze groeikracht en gebruik te maken van de natuurlijke energie 

die om ons heen stroomt.

Het is een goed moment om te mediteren met onze rug tegen een boom 

en te voelen hoe het leven door de wortels, stam en takken opstijgt.

Het christendom heeft Ostara vervangen (gestolen) door pasen.
